sorted byGT3 heart rate is pretty accurate.
sleep tracking not accurate.
steps 80% accurate.
GPS is a bit wonky but mostly accurate, if I was a semi pro athlete or runner I'd want something more accurate.
software is dire.
not many decent watch faces available.
almost impossible to export data.
Doesn't feel like an upgrade. And charging it everyday is much more hassle than I expected.
My GT2 Pro is just over 3 years old now and leather strap getting shabby.
Also will benefit from the new 2 year warranty.
Hopefully will get a few quid for my old watch on Ebay as still have thr box and etc and also have a spare unused rubber strap.
ALSO DON'T FORGET 3% TOPCASHBACK (edited)
I was tempted with the Galaxy 5 Pro watch deal a while ago, but decided to hang onto my GT2 Pro and now the GT3 Pro.
All I really want out of a watch is:
Good looking/well made.
Good battery life.
Check notifications.
Use the torch a lot for nocturnal wees.
Heart rate
Find my phone.
Vibrating alarm clock. (edited)
This guy on youtube seems to have the best, most exhaustive reviews, comparing the watch in all metrics, and compared to other models on the market to the date it came out.
Battery life started out at 12 days, was soon down to 10 days, kept decreasing, and has settled at around 3 days - this was after just over a year of usage. Apart from that it's a really good watch - so mind the battery drain on this brand's watches - a quick Google and I am not alone in this. (edited)
Tempted to get GT3 Pro only if Huawei improved the gps tracking. Any suggestions?
Am I missing something?
GT3 Pro display doesn't tell you how much onboard Ram you have used, or how much is still free for use. The android app doesn't display this info either when connected via BT to watch.
Mp3 playback doesn't allow fast forward or rewind of playing music track. Skip to next is available. BT upload to watch can be 3-4min for a mp3 file (at 128mbps) that has a length of 30 min playtime.
Within GT3 Pro you can set up playlists, then add tracks to it etc.... but you are limited to a maximum of ten playlists.
Has anybody got Harmony OS 4 running on a GT3 Pro ??? (edited)
I’m thinking of getting a couple of rubber straps for when I’m exercising.
Any recommendations about which ones out of the loads on Amazon to go for?
