    Nope. They have their own wagyu herd in Yorkshire. It's a F2 wagyu, which means it is not the kinda Japanese wagyu you are expecting. It's still very good though. An A5 grade wagyu is rich and impossible to eat too much off as the flavour is quite intense and the price is ridiculous. Wagyu is a breed of cows, like Angus or jersey, very famous for its capability of accumulating intramuscular fat. It literally means Japanese cow.

    flat iron used to be decent for the money. but in the last couple of years, the quality of the meat has got worse and the price has increased.
