I remember when Krispy Kreme were giving out free donuts on a weekday. We showed up before opening time, expecting to be the first people there, and the queue was already hundreds of people long! People had already been there for 3+ hours. Passers-by were making videos of us in the queue. After an hour hanging around with zero communication, security were called and turned everyone away. They had to usher people out because they weren't leaving the queue. They offered buy-one-get-one-free instead... Lol! It put me off going to one of these giveaways again.

I wouldn't be surprised if people show up and queue all day for this, from early hours in the morning. I also wonder how they plan on serving 250 dine-in customers steak, in one evening... the restaurant must be huge! (edited)

Nope. They have their own wagyu herd in Yorkshire. It's a F2 wagyu, which means it is not the kinda Japanese wagyu you are expecting. It's still very good though. An A5 grade wagyu is rich and impossible to eat too much off as the flavour is quite intense and the price is ridiculous. Wagyu is a breed of cows, like Angus or jersey, very famous for its capability of accumulating intramuscular fat. It literally means Japanese cow.
