The screens on this are a bit reflective (you can see your reflection easily even on full brightness) It's great as a tablet (but hard to carry around due to size), but too small for a laptop. As a 2-in-1 though (if you buy the type over) they are pretty good. They do tend to get quite warm very easily (their fanless design isn't great)

You can pick up a used surface pen for around £20. With all that - type cover and pen, it is a great device. You get full windows experience which was the main reason I bought this (can install anything on it)

I got mine second hand, with a type over from eBay for £220. (edited)

Surface is one of the best bits of tech released in the past decade. It just does what it's supposed to do, really well, and then some... super convenient, very flexible, I can't recommend them enough!

Idk, tiny screen, huge bezels, terrible battery. I had one.
The new samsung galaxybooks are way better. 15" display, OLED, touch screen, just as light or near enough, better battery, better keyboard, etc.

Not bad to be fair to use as a everyday laptop for browsing just basic stuff

Even though I do not use Macbook myself too often right now I would prefer to get M1 for £150 more refurbished. And yes I have SP6 so understand how useful Windows is for most of the people. (edited)

Got a link for the M1 refurbished?

Is this tablet worth it? Never really owned a tablet not sure if they’re worth buying over a laptop

Well you can buy a keyboard cover for cheap on ebay, surfaces have good screens are slim and light, generally high quality

I like it tbh I just wish it was the 7+ I would be all over it (edited)
