sorted byafter connecting the pipe to the tap.. expand to its fullest.. turn the tap off.. and let the water out. then repeat.. now you can use it.. if you store the hose during winter.. repeat the above.. relaxes the internal tubing. And Don't walk on it.. saying that i've had cars run over mine..
I did my neighbour front garden as he had slabs.. and he lived on the other side of the road.. and had NO outside tap. my hose was 200ft. via Ebay
1 note: if it doesnt have a STOP on it.. the make yourself a little adaptor.. and get a coupler.
reason for using the stop.. when you disconnect from the pressure washer.. and you go to attach the spray gun.. also when you turn on the tap you can have the full hose before connecting to the pressure washer. instead of dragging it.
They r not good. If u do but never step on the pipe
what did damage mine was a sharp stone / nail / rose bush.. which is why i'm on my 2nd.
As it is very small bore hole, it takes forever to run water out. it is cool it can expand and shrink but it is not as easy as it sounds and sometimes it will just loosen out and slack out like the big normal long hose
I've had both type Plastic Pipe which kinks and Expanding.. and i use my expanding hose on my karcher pressure washer on the REAR standard connector like a HOZELOCK where the water goes INTO the washer not OUT.. as the front connector is a M22 i know this as i have a M22 extension hose for it..
