About this deal

£900 pp saving

The Catalonia Riviera Maya pairs a beachfront plot with a more-is-more mentality.

If variety's the spice of life, then this place highlights it to the full. There's a restaurant and a bar for every day of the week, plus a four-strong choice of pools, so even the fussiest sorts won't be short of eating, drinking and swimming spots.

It's right on the beach, too, so you can flit between the pools and the sands in seconds. The activity list's pretty lengthy as well, with the likes of scuba diving and snorkelling on the cards.

PoolsYou can choose between four pools here. They all come with a built-in whirlpool, and three of them come with a separate section for kids. There's a weekly pool party, too, if you fancy letting loose, and if you're staying in a Privelige room, you'll have exclusive access to a fifth pool.
This place is pulled right up to a white sand beach, which is scattered with palm trees, loungers and beanbags. Read More

Food & DrinkThe restaurant count reaches seven, including a pair of buffets and a whole handful of à la cartes, which tick off everything from a steakhouse to a Japanese joint. And, if you're in a Privilege room, you've got exclusive access to an eighth place that dishes up breakfast, lunch and dinner with sweeping sea views thrown in.
There are seven bars here, too, plus a couple of snack places. If you're in a Privilege room, you'll have an exclusive bar on the beach as well. Read More

EntertainmentYou can sing and dance-along to a show every night at the indoor theatre, and there's a weekly pool or beach party on the agenda as well. Little ones, meanwhile, can get their teeth into a bunch of activities at the kids' club. Read More

Sports & ActivitiesArchery, aerobics and tennis are just some of the sports you can join in with on dry land. As for the watersports options, scuba diving*, snorkelling and kayaking are some of the most popular picks. Read More

Health & BeautyTreat yourself to a pamper at the spa*, which is kitted out with everything from a hydrotherapy area, to couples' treatment rooms and massage booths. The spa's just for grown-ups, but there's a handful of beauty treatments for over 12s, too, like manicures, pedicures and facials.
You can keep up with your fitness routine in the gym if you fancy a workout. Read More

Facility SummaryThere's a lengthy list of facilities here, including seven restaurants, seven bars, two snack bars and four pools. Activities-wise, there's everything from table tennis to scuba diving, and if you fancy a break from it all, you can head for the spa. Little ones, meanwhile, have a kids' club and separate sections in three of the pools. There's nightly entertainment here, too, plus a weekly beach or pool party.

I've stayed here twice and although the hotels lovely, staff and food are both great, there's loads of seaweed!! Also, entertainment is terrible and I mean terrible.

It’s a natural occurrence and no most hotels work really hard to remove it, only a little minus;)
