Surprised by the positive reviews as it looks pretty awful. It's got the saddle welded to the seat post so if you want to change the saddle you have to buy a new seat post. The rear derailleur looks a horrible cheap plastic version. The rear derailleur hanger is built into the frame which is ok for steel but this is aluminium so after a few bends the frame is toast. There are only 28 spokes in each wheel so they aren't going to be strong to say the least although admittedly with the very low weight limits of this bike this may not be a problem but many don't bother to check the weight limits of bikes they buy. It's only a freewheel based drivetrain. Ultimately this is mountain bike style not a actual mountain bike. Horrible weak and short life design by the looks of it. The suspension seems pointless on it. I know its a significant increase in money but at around £280-300 you get real entry level mountain bikes with decent freehub based gearing, disc brakes and a competent suspension fork. This is just a garbage throwaway product, I would find the extra money or buy s/hand.

It's not a great bike but when you're writing these long posts without any basic knowledge at all do you not ever stop to question whether it's worth your time?

Most of the stuff you claim is obviously not true from the pictures. Welded saddles? A rant about direct mount derailleurs? Plastic parts on derailleurs? (Here's a clue, they are plastic covers).

Get back to promoting your illegal unregistered electric vehicles. (edited)

What do you expect for 200? it isn't 2005 anymore and bikes are generally more expensive now so in that context it is a deal.
the main problem is post pandemic the price of entry level pushbikes like this have skyrocketed

also what i find disgusting is this in the description
"PHOTOS NON BINDING as for the 7 cog cassette with 14 to 28 teeth, the photos or videos on the description of the bike show a SHIMANO TZ500 cassette. However, due to supply difficulties, the bike can be equipped with an equivalent WHEELTOP cassette .

that means they can "bait a switch" swapping quality SHIMANO parts on the bikes they sell and replace them with the bottom of the barrel chinese junk [wheeltop and microshift are both mainland chinese companies but they go to extreme lengths to hide this as there is next to no mention of country of origin on their websites..]

so basically this would be a 89.99 bake a decade ago you see in asda now being sold [before discount] 249.99 thanks to inflation, post pandemic parts shortage, shipping costs etc

I'd say it would suit men and women. Great value intro to cycling. Looks a lot better than some of the other low price offerings.
