I don't have spend limits set, have charge to bill enabled, and yet it gives an error and when you check the response details for the request it's returning a response saying "Response to ER purchase returned isSuccess=false: 610 | MSISDN_MONTHLY_SPEND_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" each time. Spoke to Vodafone, they confirmed there should be no spend limits in place on my account... it just never works.
Edit: I tried again this morning (26/03/2024) and it finally worked. No changes have been made to my account etc. so it must have been a technical issue on Vodafone's side. (edited)
