    I've had others over the last few years that have been pony. I've wasted money on trash bulbs that have proved to be fire hazard.
    These seem great from a known brand and the reviews are mostly positive.
    .. Are their any fellow HotUKDeal'ers that could recommend or steer clear?

    Is It true that if you have too many of these set up they can negatively impact the WiFi around the house? Which is why people go for the bridge thing Philips offers.

    In theory, yes, in practice, not so much. I have about 20 smart bulbs. I disconnected all now as I'm trying another setting, and my WiFi is the same as before. You don't use these all at the same time anyway. And you need to have lots of smart devices connected anyway.
