Quick question for those who have had installation

Does the wall mount come with the frame? Ie in the box

Or does the installers bring it?

Anyone had theirs installed yet?
Do they call you the day before or so to confirm install date/time?

TV and soundbar arrived today, took away my trusty 14 year old Samsung Plasma (sad to see it go actually). I kept the remote though

Topcashback also accepted my claim for matching Quidco cashback rate, so has tracked at approx £100. Will be interesting to see if it goes through. They did pay out when buying a vacuum with trade-in a few months ago.

FWIW Topcashback has tracked at £84.53 for me, based on a purchase price of £1,243.15, rather than the recycling price of £594.15. The voucher code was Topcashback approved, so will be interesting to see whether this goes through.

Hi when they collect your old tv are you given anything as proof they've taken it? When you trade in a mobile for example you have proof of postage/tracking do you get anything to prove you have handed over a tv.Also the tv I am trading in has been wall mounted and I have no idea where the stand is will this matter if there's no stand?

Not sure if a new deal should be created but this is now back in stock albeit without the free soundbar or discount code. There was a £100 discount on the item already so with the trade in the total is £599. The trade in checklist has changed slightly, now you have the option to select ‘Good condition’ yes or no however it still gives you the same £600 discount on each

Hope this helps someone. I ordered this with when they had the free soundbar offer and still awaiting delivery. Just a bit concerned about the trade in tv I have (has a crack in the screen) but according to the updated terms I think I should be ok.
