Worth pointing out this is a max cushioned everyday running shoe with a rocker design for stability in your stride. It won't be particularly fast or light and some people don't get on with rockers, but it will be comfortable. if that's what you're after it looks like a decent shoe. Just be sure what you're getting!

Could not find any information on “rocker” type of shoes. How can it be bad? Thanks

Very good trainer. I bought this as my first proper running shoe, and have stuck with Mizuno Wave Sky ever since. Usually around £75 so this is a great price.

It’s a very good price for a shoe that isn’t old. £139.99 rrp, you are lucky to get shoes half price within a couple of years from launch

£60-65 elsewhere. The RRP is silly, but the price is still good. Heat .

I stocked, amongst many others Mizuno running shoes. They hold you foot well; tell it what to do. Unlike Aiscs and Hoka, etc whereby it's just a big blomangey feeling for their shoes mainly. They were excellent even if you pronated their neutral shoes still kept your foot in a good position. Worth the money.

Are these any good? Husband bought me some for my birthday and not sure if to just return them or give them a try

Mizuno is pretty popular in Japan I'd imagine they're pretty good trainers I've been tempted myself

I have some mizuno wave sky 6 and found them to be pretty uncomfortable and very heavy. I wouldn’t buy mizuno again I will be going g back to brooks running shoes

They tend to be quite rigid -see above comments - unlike the floppy-blomgey feel you get with Asics -those people who pourpousefully under produce their shoes and over market them to make everyone go mad for them. It's always a good idea to compare the weights of shoes prior to purchase. Best of luck.

Tricky payment taking though. Had to do it several times and ended up using Gpay.

Shame no free returns, would have been good to compare sizes

Most reviews say true to size. I've taken the plunge and ordered my normal size. Will let you know what the fit is like.

    Anyone with pronation tried these?

Will these be good for someone with lower back pain?
I understand it's best going to a running shop, to find out what would be an ideal trainers etc. But just looking at decent priced footwear.

I tend to wear Reebok with added cushioning. (edited)
