    Does anyone know if this makes an electronic whining noise when nothing is not on it or the phone on it is fully charged? My Anker one does this and it's really annoying.

    Have two of these, one beside bed & one on work desk. No noise from either of them.

    Is it bad to leave phones on these all the time? As, a lot longer than necessary to charge?

    I think it's more of the heat that's generated by wireless charging that's more of the issue than being left on once fully charged. Heat is more damaging to batteries than trickle charging.

    I've got the official Google pixel charger and that does a great job of keeping the phone cool with fans running as it charges. Whereas I've also got another wireless charger that doesn't have any cooling, and the phone is noticeably warmer while it's being charged.

    This won't have any cooling, so just a consideration.

    maybe these two safeguards will come in handy to put overheating in check, you are right, the fan plays a huge role from practical point of view. i have the sammy one (bought thru Currys deal for £20, posted by ) since 2022 and doing fab to date. also, the samsung variant won't be this cheap.

    Pointless selling a 15w wireless charger with an 18w wall plug. You need 23w+ to get 15w wireless out of this. Otherwise, good brand, good price, so hot from me.

    Looking for a wireless charging stand that also has USB output so I can plug in my smart watch charger. My current charging stand does, but it's slowly starting to die, so need to replace it

    This description is somewhat misleading as it will charge iPhones at max 7.5w

    iPhones are not the only products in the world. there are more android devices than iPhones. so the manufacturer will not advertise the weakness of the iPhone wattage (it's never their fault that scrApple is a wall garden mess) when others can hit 15w.

    returned mine in the end as it made a tiny electrical pulsing sound and as it was meant for my bedside unit not fit for purpose. Shame as otherwise was great!
