A few major airlines wouldn't accept this size, apparently; useful list here

It's a cabin suitcase. Doesn't have to be armour plated........

True, until it's not true. When plane cabins get full on short haul, airlines make people with cabin suitcases put theirs in the hold. My cabin suitcase ended up coming out of the baggage conveyor looking like someone tossed it out of the plane while it was landing and although I wasn't happy with the condition it left the suitcase I was at least glad I brought a robust suitcase. Do those elongated wheels stop it fitting in a ryanair cabin bag tester caged ?

With Easyjet's "1 small cabin bag" size restrictions, it doesn't look like you could use this suitcase.

I checked EasyJet as I'm flying with them soon, im not sure what Ryan Air's restrictions are.

Need to visit house of Frasier if you’d pay that.

£120 RRP for a cabin suitcase without double wheels?

They have them in store, but want £60 for them! Seems like £10 delivery ain't that bad! Well better than £22 to pick it yourself!
