This is great as I get this for my three dogs & it’s a good discount. Thankyou for posting . Heat from me!
Thanks for your kind comment
That's an amazing saving. Sorry to hear he passed away
One of my dogs is on Apoquel also, and it's the 16mg version! even at Animed, it's £1 a tablet (plus VAT) but a lot cheaper than through my vet and in my case, it's a prescription for life. It shouldn't normally be used that way, but there is no other way of controlling her 'allergy' and she was always very unhappy. So better a shorter happy life than a long miserable one
Yes, thanks. I have amended my error
Should this be viovet not viotvet?
Sorry just found it. Had to change to view full site on tablet. Thanks heat added
Can't see buy one get one free on the website. Put 2 into basket and total price is 19.88
Ordered thanks x
Rather get bitten by a flea than stung by the vets!
well the compartment for the bags could hold one poop
What does this mean ?
Or don't bye the bags... the torch should hold one in the chamber
Or turn it on
So it's £3.64 before you can use it. So bit the refills for 1.84 and a torch from the pound store and save yourself 80p
thanks just ordered
Yeah I read some of the reviews and there not good :/
I didn't get a dispatched e-mail, that is odd. Though i think you should read some of the amazon reviews, I posted a link in my previous comment. May be a good idea to only let hamsters use it under supervision :-S
I just got that as well, but got a dispatch email at 8:45 this morning??
Just got this: "Good Morning With reference to your order for the Christmas Pudding Hamster Bed, unfortunately this product is no longer available. I have refunded this item from your order. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Kind regard." not happy... Edit: further to this comment i looked up the item on various other sites to find this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/ROSEWOOD-Christmas-Pudding-Hamster-Nest/product-reviews/B002VK4D0A/ref=sr_1_1_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1 looking at those reviews I am kinda glad I didn't get the product, it seems to kill hamsters... :|
No doubt the hamster will add it's own raisins.
Lol thats cool! That needs a thread of its own!
Christmas Pudding Hamster Bed - Small Animal Lol
I'll take a look at that nice find
Don't forget a spot on treatment for fleas and other nasties too, otherwise you could see tapeworm infections recurring.
Certainly, I can worm all 5 of my dogs for less than the cost of one if I bought them from the vets. I volunteer for a greyhound rescue and foster dogs too, so keep a couple of spares.
Hot, thanks. Saves being charged £15 a pop at the vets!
I always find it cheaper to buy the XL tablets and split them in two, rather than buying the smaller ones.
HA HA HA just got the mother in law 5!
At there price I would want more than a free toy!! £10 more on a 14kg sack of s/o
Animed direct have good prices and are reliable. Have used them for a couple of years. Like that you can upload prescriptions rather than posting them.
I've been buying frontline for the past few months and I don't think there as good as advantage.
it says free delivery on all orders
just used it
when you spend 20 I think
Looks good with the free UK mainland delivery. Have some heat!
Free delivery at the moment and this is still the same price.
never buy bob martin worming tablets they are evil!
sorry q44q that stuff is nonsense!
good price bought numerous items from animed in the past never a problem quick delivery great prices can now get a whole years supply of worming tablets for our 2 dogs for same price it used to cost us for 2 tablets from the vets!!!!!
hi, i have just bought two of these tablets and i must say they have definitely worked with my dogs and i had no bother getting them to take the tablets.will buy again.100% service.
Ta. Will give em a try.
Try the Drontal, they are only about 30p more expensive and still a fraction of the price you would pay from the vets
Order cancelled again. Just had a call from animed.
You could always get the drontal which are £1.55 for small/medium dogs http://www.animeddirect.co.uk/drontal-plus-flavour-dog-worming-tablets-priced-per-tablet.html
thanks, have just ordered with rip :) i split the advantage 80 between 2 cats (carefully) so works out even cheaper :)
The Johnsons house spray- pink can works same as the acclaim (they both have a growth regulator in them that stops the flea from become mature from their eggs in the carpet) and is usually cheaper for future reference ;-) Great find!
Great deal thanks -advantage is much better than frontline these days.
Thanks OP. Frontline stopped working for my cat, and Advantage has been good for the last 2 years. Although, it seems she has now become psychic, and runs away even when I think of giving her the flea meds (_;)
I use Advantage 40 and they also have the multibuy on them too - looks like it's ALL flea treatments. Thanks for posting.
great deal. I normally go to pets at home.for this kind of thing, AMD it costs me £20 plus! only £7.75 via this website so thanks OP!
Just an update to say I placed my order Friday, had an email a couple of hours later to say it was despatched and it arrived this morning already. Great service, I will definately use them again.
As the post above, Cestem XL are only £2.69 for dogs up to 35kg so more economical and dianneNE says she uses them for her rescue dogs regularly ;)[/quote] I have been using Cestem XL for a while without any problems. Greyhounds are renowned for having sensitive tums, but are fine with these and worm free!

Good price but remember you probably need more than 1 tablet as it goes by size - my dog would need 3 tablets x
This thread is making me itch....
Last summer we didn't have much luck with Frontline so bought some Advantage (which had just become available online) and this worked much better (after flea spraying the house!!). This summer no problems so far with the Advantage. Only use the left over Frontline in the cooler months now.
This has been a bad year for fleas (or good if you are a flea!). So you do need to treat as often as it says on the box atm. Frontline Combo (for which you need a prescription) may be better as it also inhibits the growth of the eggs. Animed Direct's indorex spray is a good deal if you need to do the house too, £8.60 as opposed to £10.01 on Amazon (my vet charges over £15 for this) I have been using Animed Direct for a while and have found their prices to be very competitive. They dispatch quickly too and when I email them for advice they get back to me quickly.
Unfortunately we never noticed any difference when we used them for about a year in total with changing them at the recommended intervals. It may make a bit of a difference to whether they are used for dogs or bitches as their uringe is different. Good price though compared to what they usually go for. (not voted either way though as one negates the other)
We got the first dose by the vet, but then Advantage can be bought online (Advocate due to worming as well is prescription only)
No, that's a flea repeller, not killer. Don't know if it uses the same chemical as Bob Martin stuff but avoid that like the plague because it kill cats left right and centre and lots of vets refuse to stock it.
My cat is quite old and has an allergy t fleas which effects him quite badly. I have been using Frontline as recommended by the vet, I have never heard of Advantage or Advocate. Does eithet one of these ( Advantage or Advicate) require a visit to the vet to make sure its suitable for my cat?
is this sort of thing similar at £7.98 delivered for a 6 pack? http://www.gordonrigg-gardencentres.co.uk/for-your-cats--dogs/beaphar-cat-spot-on-repels-fleas/
Nota bad price. A whole penny cheaper here! http://www.mrpets.co.uk/index.php?moreinfo=10482
My vet said that the combo is not as good............
You can actually buy a lot of prescription pet medicine online. They usually make you fill out a form asking you questions about your pet and approve your order based on that (that is a registered vet is essentially checking, writing and filling a prescription in one swoop). That's what's happened when I've bought stronger (prescription-only) flea treatments online before. On topic, Frontline basic is crap. Not as bad as Billy-Bob Martin Yokel Flea Moonshine (which just seemed to make the fleas more violent) but close. We've had good experience with Program when Frontline and Advantage just didn't work. Capstar is good for the first couple of days too. Kills anything that bites them but only lasts for ~24 hours. Flea management isn't just about what you put on the animal, you have to clean the house too. Wash their beds, hoover every nook and crannie and spray as much as you can with something like Indorex. If you don't, as soon as the pet-based treatment wears off, they start getting bitten. And flea collars are often an irritant to cats and are rarely strong enough to have any effect. Don't buy them.
It has always worked on my cats without needing the prescription stuff so each to their own i guess.
I checked with the manufacturer last year as the Frontline I bought in Asda wasn't working. They said it is not as effective as Frontline Combo (which you do need a prescription for). This leads me to ask why they are allowed to sell something which doesn't work? Either way it is not cheap - but I decided I had no choice other than to buy the more expensive version (which does work).
Ordered... have some heat... :)
