so the now-expired promo price of £9.59 is plausibly correct despite the current post-promo £12.99 price.
Compare to Aug 2023 when the seller was attempting to shift same 25W item at £24.99 yet quoting 45W part ref & number,
and that was when the seller was comfortable openly citing its name & address, unlike the uncited secret name&address from 2024:
