Mine died at 25 months, not covered by anker warranty or customer service. Annoying as very little use.

If your reasonable durability expectation for this product is beyond 25 months:
present the trader with your Consumer Rights Act claim.

If the seller of the prematurely busted rubbish was Anker itself:
include some not-so-veiled reference to ICO in your CRA claim - the threat of a £4k fine should make even the most arrogant of traders show an interest in keeping a disgruntled customer sweet and you may find that the previously non-existent CS suddenly becomes very proactive

I've turned really negative on Anker charges.

They don't work with some older or lesser power items - they say 'charging' but provide nothing.

My Samsung Tab S2 for example doesn't work with this (or the plug version) at all. Yet will work fine in my UGreen chargers.

Small things, like rechargeable cupboard lights also don't work with my two Anker chargers (or my Anker USB hub for that matter). I thought they were faulty at first, but nah...its just the way they are.

Can confirm, ours won't charge our Renpho, one of my gaming devices or the PS5 controller. Everything else is OK.

    Looks solid hence the price
One small unit like that and u can charge all your devices at once
Closest next thing is using a multi plug
    But its bulky

Got a couple of these round the house and they’ve been great however laptop now needs more than 45w of usb-c power and so looking to move over to other branded chargers. Love that the power cable is just figure of 8 so can use a diff cable abroad rather than using an adapter

Am I right in thinking this won't do a 45w charge on a Samsung s22 Ultra?

Won't charge it at all. I have this and it won't charge my Samsung phone or tablet with any cables.

Got a 120w spigen one a couple months ago for less than this so this seems expensive.

    with 4 ports? Link?

I have one of these, the most annoying thing is that the 45W port only charges at 25W if a cable is plugged into the 20W port.

I didn't know about the cable thing I don't have any 45W stuff to charge but I'll keep that in mind when I upgrade any of my hardware
