    I can confirm that these are also quite effective in cutting holes in plasterboard too and generally cheaper than the 'right' tool for the job! Not as fast as the real thing, but a little bit neater edge.

    I plastered my garden office and use the steak knife set for ad hoc plasterboard cutting!

    Can't confirm if the plasterboard knife is better for steak though. Looks like it might be!
