Get "Like New" iPhone 13 by applying the £100 off code using the same method as Mr Switch's expired £149.99 deal. Might work on other phones too. I just checked and it is still working on the 13.
Obviously £200 off would have been nicer but for those of us that missed out on that one this is next best I could find.

As mentioned in Mr Switch's deal: This is an o2 refresh plan. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT A CREDIT MARK ON YOUR FILE, IT ISN'T WORTH IT

Like New

Like New devices aren’t brand new, but they're not far off.

The only difference is that they may have some wear and tear and superficial scratches, but there’ll be no more than five deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length.

We'll make sure every device is loaded up with the latest operating system and rigorously tested before being re-packaged in an O2 box, for whoever gets in first.

Plus, you'll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease.

Best to add in the title a credit check will be done taking this out..... and also a lot of people still haven't heard anything from o2 on their phones that should have arrived yesterday stuck in limbo.
    lee_jack's avatar
Just so you're aware, I got an apologies email and they advised mine will be delivered today {Tuesday)

What credit mark is this please? Neither post explains
    lazyfatboy's avatar
It requires a credit check, which is the 'mark' that is left. If you have too many of these in a short period, other institutions that require credit checks might then decline you.

I’m currently on a SIM only plan with o2. 30gb volted to 60gb, £8-9 ish a month. Due to come to an end on 2nd June. At that point I’m guessing it rolls over into a 30 day contract.

I’d really like to take advantage of this offer but want to keep my sim plan and avoid any disruption to services.

Any ideas how best to go about this? Am I better off doing this entirely separately on a different persons name? Any helps would be appreciated. Thanks
    Ohwhentheblues's avatar
Separate contract so just buy this and cancel the sim. Same person can have multiple contracts

Any idea what the battery condition is usually like on these 'nearly new' phones?

I had my black 12 delivered today. 100% battery health. Phone looks immaculate. Includes Apple lightning cable too.

I managed to get the last deal, but for info, may be anecdotal but...

Mine really was. It's a blue one, 1 very light scuff on the blue alloy chassis at the top corner, no marks at all on the glass, 99% battery, phone reports genuine Apple screen and battery,

We'll make sure every device is loaded up with the latest operating system and rigorously tested before being re-packaged in an O2 box, for whoever gets in first.

Phone comes in an o2 box, with a new / unused charge cable (looks genuine Apple, but it's basically impossible to tell these days!) and a sim release pin/tool. No where near the latest OS though, it was almost completely dead / wouldn't power on without a cable, and running iOS 16.4 which seems to have launched around March 23. The phone also reports it's coverage (warranty) is expired. I think this is 12 months by default, so I'm assuming the phone is more than a year old, and has probably been sitting around somewhere for most of that time.

Not cancelled the sim yet so can't talk to that.

I’ll wait and hopefully another £200 off code will appear. How do you find these what look random codes, amazing
  7. smarty72's avatar
“Five deep scratches” and “chips up to 2mm” isn’t my idea of “like new” - but each to their own I suppose! (edited)

Thanks for this! Just bought the pink one. Was gutted to miss the £200 off but still a great deal. Will report back on the condition

I don’t understand how they are selling these when they seemingly still haven’t fulfilled what looks like hundreds of orders from the £149 deal.

  18. Moss.b's avatar
Wish I had gone for mrswitchs deal. I just didn't want pink or red. Could have put a case on it. I think this is about right price as 256gb model from giff gaff is £330. (edited)
  19. lee_Hudson's avatar
Got a pink one for the little one traded her 11 pro in for it, nice upgrade for 100 quid would of loved the £200 off but missed out as site crashed but still thank you to open post for this chance
    imran_sami's avatar
    how you traded 11pro?
  20. WiganLaticsFan's avatar
Do you have to keep the SIM active for a minimum period?
    Isaac_McCafferty's avatar
    No
  21. joshs86's avatar
This code works on the 14 pro which did have the £200 off deal posted the other day. 256gb model 629.99 which is a decent price still
  22. Bini786's avatar
Thanks missed the £200 offer but still good enough ordered the red for my son
  23. natanore's avatar
So sorry. Do you have to continue to pay the £21 per month? I just want the phone? Sorry I’m new. Thanks.
    xMIRACLESx's avatar
No, once you receive the phone you call O2 to cancel the SIM. Leaving you with just the phone as you have already paid for that in full upfront
  24. natanore's avatar
I just can’t get it to work.
    marnie.ridley's avatar
Sign out of your account if applicable. If that doesn’t work then try a different browser/device
  25. adrian2000's avatar
    Got a pink one. Thanks
  26. leespud's avatar
Thank you. I had been looking for a decent condition green iPhone 13 under £350. Missed the £150 last week but still extremely happy with £250!
  27. miaccumulator's avatar
Is it worth cancelling my £129.99 iPhone 12 and getting the iPhone 13 for £249.99? I have a Pixel 8 and I'll use an iPhone for Apple specific apps for learning music. And how do I cancel the airtime plans?
    ROSG04's avatar
if you want the 13 sure, but the 12 should be brand new when it arrives. didn't you grab the 14 Pro Max?
  28. pudding102's avatar
Thank you I’ve ordered a pink one for my daughter, anyone know how I cancel the sim?
    ROSG04's avatar
call up when you get the phone and just ask to cancel, they'll cancel without issue
  29. CarlScattergood's avatar
I ordered the iPhone 12 last Thursday and they took payment, since then i can’t get onto my 02 account and after three hours in calls to 02 customer support I’m still non the wiser as to my order, great if I get the phone delivered but I hold little hope with the abysmal customer service I’ve received up to now.
  30. Kingkongqueefa's avatar
Has anyone managed to pay with PayPal for this?
    Kingkongqueefa's avatar
Scrub that it finally worked with PayPal credit
  31. jake-hill334's avatar

I've only ever had androids, was all over the pixel lineup but still not convinced by the chip change in the 6,7&8...so much so I got a random Poco phone to tide me over after my 4 died and I'm still on it...

Do I get a 13 as my first ever iPhone... 👀

    Are these unlocked?
    unuspromulti's avatar
People here love the 13 Pro particularly, everything's unlocked now. I've been rocking a 13 mini since launch and it's great. Tbf my prev XS is still going great, the chips in these have been mega really when you look at the competition.
  34. afrocleland's avatar
When can/do you cancel the £21/m? Are you able to swap it to one of their simo deals?
    sdodnib's avatar
I just cancelled line rental on the £129 deal via online chat today and they processed as immediate cancellation so hopefully won’t be billed the full £21 (edited)
  35. weddingpunchup's avatar
I’m still waiting on a £149 black iPhone 13 from the last deal. Original delivery date stated as yesterday and money taken, spoke to them last night said they can’t track the order so who knows…!
    whosyourdadddy's avatar
    Same here. No updates!
  36. natanore's avatar
Is it easy to cancel the sim?

Hi, mine has been dispatched and in the hands of DHL for delivery on Wednesday.
I ordered the midnight model on this £249 deal with a standard (plastic) sim not the esim and paid for the phone with Paypal Credit.

Just updating so buyers of the £149 deal are aware that the stock still exists so don’t give up hope. (edited)

Ordered about an hour ago (this deal), still not had confirmation/invoice through yet... 👀
  38. Scott_Hoyle's avatar
Assume its now been updated? Even after upping the cost of device to 250 it still shows as total cost 350 and 24 months contract?

“there’ll be no more than five deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length.“

I’m not sure how that could be classed as ‘Like New’.

A very good deal none the less.
  40. margamboy's avatar
The credit check is annoying as your paying off the contract within weeks, should be a facility to wipe the credit check as it no longer applies, something built into the 14 day cooling off period would be good
