Good price. How is the transfer on this didn't they mess it up by grading the picture with too much blue and didn't they mess with the original sounds on this?

The colour grading is different to the previous home releases. Its very close now to the original negative colour grading. While some filmmakers/studios sometimes regrade their classic movies to appear more modern (usually emphasising teal and orange) that doesn't seem the case here. Its more coincidental these movies were originally filmed towards the blue/teal end of the spectrum.
However the audio for Batman has been changed. Apparently during post production Tim Burton had access to a limited range of pre-recorded gunshots and explosions. This resulted in sounds more suited to 50s and 60s movies than 80s. The soundfield for the 4K was upgraded from the 70mm 6-channel analog to Dolby Atmos and Warners decided to replace the archival effects with more modern, less garish sound effects. Some like them, some don't. The main issue is the missed opportunity to include the original soundfield allowing the viewer to choose their preferred experience.
Audio-wise Batman Returns was way ahead of the pack in 1992, being the first (?) movie released in Dolby Digital. That and that far more capable sound effects used meant no replacement was required and the resulting Atmos upgrade is considered high quality.
