John_Palmer1Brought these a few days ago, got it set up veiwing my garden gate, camera is approx 4m. Away from the gate but it isnt picking traffic up going in an out of the gate, and the night vision is unless im doin something wrong 🤷♂️
young_bossTurn motion sensing on, that should pick up the traffic going in and out.
Night vision is never good with these types of cameras unless they are put in where a flood light comes on too.
Super7Do you need a subscription?
ThetroutTo work properly yes they do, but you can bin the sub off and just record to a USB stick via the hub up to 256gb in Size. But my experience of these is, if your camera is in a high traffic area (IE, my drive) then be prepared to change the batteries every month or so as they really don't last. Tried turning down the sensitivity, changing the Area thats recorded but no matter what the one pointing near a public footpath dies every 3 weeks. You can hard wire them via a long usb cable but that sort of defeats the idea of them. Out of the 3 of these I purchased the battery life is pretty awful on them all.
