    Loved Cheers as a kid . Not sure I got any of the jokes, comments at the time but I knew I loved Kirstie Alley

    Shame she went all MAGA/Nut job towards the end of her life.

    Me too. Reminds me of my childhood.
    Me and my brother used to go round to the next door neighbours every weekend to watch it with their daughters while they were out.

    Great show! We watched it on tv in the 80's, altho' we came into late having missed several series.

    Now re-watching the whole series again on Paramount (free 5 week offer)
    Not sure I'd pay £50 though!

    The thing about Cheers, for us at the time, it was one of those feel good shows that gave you that warm feeling inside.
    Can understand why it was successful.
