This is clearly a very special 20-years warranted cable, as indicated by the description phrase:

but the cable is shifted directly by Amazon so if you should disagree with any of those crystal clear specs you will be able to invoke the standard Amazon 6 month period of no-quibble replacement / refund for not-as-described items.

But the less frivolous explanation of mixing copper/aluminium in description with zero confusion with CCA is:

I don't need this at all but I have ordered one of these at 66p just to test this claim. If it goes faulty within 20 years, I want my money back including postage else I will take them to court for false advertising. It's not the money - it's the principle. (edited)

So you may be able to lever French statute by discovering an issue just prior to 22 years since purchase & still have opportunity to exercise warranty benefits
