A good price from a quality well know brand. As far as i know, the product is quite new, and was around the £110 mark. It had been £99 on amazon for a bit but is now £94.99

It's not the best deal ever. but with the steam summer sale, and influx of new Steam Deck owners. This is a great SSD if you're after an upgrade.
It's suitable for the deck and no reports of any problems.

Cheaper to just buy a 2TB one and cut in two halves.

Need a 2tb deal, hopefully prime day can deliver. Got £75 in amazon vouchers too

Upgraded a SD 64 to this exact SSD about 7 weeks ago.
No noticeable difference in battery life, definitely notice a difference in boot time.
Feels like so much space coming from 64.
    Quality, NMIC, definitely recommend.

    The 1TB Addlink S91 is only £87.
I say 'only', they're still too much but that's the 2230 tax. (edited)

Ermm for £10 more you can get the sn740 2230 m.2 from AliExpress. I habe one and works great also correct seriel numbers to link back to WD

What would be better for expanding storage on the steam deck. A microsd or ssd. Both 1tb seem to be similar price at the min (edited)

SSD is much faster so you'd see improved loading times but even modern games work pretty well off a decent micro SSD.
