    Whenever this pops up, all it reminds me is how I paid £230 for this in April last year. It's insane how fast the price on these has dropped!

    Judging by the the thread for the 4tb version of this you are best of purchasing elsewhere and paying a few quid more, instead of amazon warehouse employees ripping them off and getting an empty box

    realisticly what speeds would one get if this was put into an enclosure and pluged into a USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 port? Obviously using a good high speed 3.1 cable USB-A to USB-C.
    I ask because MB/s transfer rate on my PC is not all that its built up to be, albeit faster than a normal USB stick
