How does this compare with Kingston Fury Renegade and Kingston KC3000?
    OB1's avatar
KC3000 and this seem to trade blows, depending on how you measure things. KC3000 has lower idle power consumption though, if that's something you care about. Based on my research, for the same money I'd probably choose the Kingston. (edited)

Would it not have been easier to just change the price on your other post?

    Thanks

Will this fit into the second slot of the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro Gen 8 2023 laptop?

    This or Samsung 990 Pro?
    Seanspeed's avatar
You're not getting the 990 Pro for anything close to this price, so definitely this. You'd need to have some very specific, beefy needs to think the 990 Pro is worth the extra money. And anybody with those needs wouldn't be asking this question to begin with as they'd already know what they need.

    This or the Samsung 980?

Do you need to buy a heat sink as well to fit this into the ps5?
    Mr.Nutts's avatar
Yes, I’d say do. Excessive heat is what shortens the life of electronics. Sure, it’ll function without a heatsink, but for the sake of a tenner, better to be safe than sorry.

Do you think there is any real noticeable difference with a WD black sn850/X

7300 Vs 6600 read speed. Don't know whether to wait a bit longer. (edited)

It felt about 700 faster to me.
