Don't get obsessed by DDR5 just yet, it still suffers from higher latency than DDR4, so may not be better for you yet, depending on your system and what you use it for. This is a pretty good article that explains the difference.

Same thoughts here. I'd ideally prefer a 4080 but would consider a decent 4070Ti deal with DDR5.

All that money & another £50-£60 and they could have given you a ddr5 motherboard with ram.

    DDR5 Qs

    Timelapse.

    - Does anyone remember 11400F being £175 and 5600x being £275
    - but yet same firm places we had 5600X prebuilts under 11400F prebuilt n all else the same.

unlucky for intel back then as we had next to nothing in self-build due to the GPU market unless u were FE lucky,

doesn't make sense, but other stuff goes on behind close doors,
    - and ill leave it hanging their, an odd ball weird strange feeling.

    Fastward.....................................................DDR5

13400F DDR5 Systems are not +60, go hunt yourself, ull have a laugh.

and if u do find the best of the best of it, ill kill it with an epic 7600X

DDR5 13400F are mind-boggling rubbish when it comes to prebuilts.
because i can do the 7600X better then whats available.

if u really would like a 13400F Via DDR5 my best advice is to self-build it.  (edited)

Nice🦢! At least they've included b660 mobo at this price.
I feel like the upgrade to CM 212 shouldnt be £40+ lol

I have liked more of a choice in processor an i7-13700k or at least am i5-13600k. Not sure why these builds are not more customizable.

I’ve been watching all these deals for a few months now and have finally decided to go with this deal with a few of the upgrades. Thanks Sarden for all your hard work, much appreciated! If you have a blue light card you can also get an extra 5% off.

So are the options you suggested to upgrade worth doing or won't it matter to much? The 13400f and the cool master hypercooler

How would this compare to an Xbox series x in terms of power and graphic capabilities? I want a pc and I am still learning what is good price wise and what isn’t. Thanks

It’s hard to match price for power of a console to a gaming PC, a decent GPU alone would set you back at the price of a full fledged console.
