I have had one of these now for 2 -3 (Paid £100) years and while I use it everday and I do recommend it, here are a few of the niggly issues.

The drip tray at the bottom rusts so use it covered with tin foil.
Buy an additional pan (if you can find one, if you do then let me know where as I need some) as the wire trays are ok for most things but will need tray for others.
When you open the door, the oil/fat/juice that is on the door drips onto the surface that the AF is sitting on. I have a tissue underneath mine.
As with most AF's top cooks quicker that bottom level.
When cooking on the wire trays and you want to turn food over, there is nothing to rest the tray on so the oil/fat/juice drips on surface, so you will need to figure out what you need to rest it on. I have an old solid tray that I rest the wire tray on while turning the food over.

Have you used it as a rotisserie? Is it any good?

At 1800W energy consumption not going to be much more efficient than a standard fan oven (mine is 2000W) - though the rotiserie function will be useful.

It's more efficient in that it takes far less time to heat up (in fact you don't need to pre-heat it at all), less energy to keep it at the desired temp and cooks a fair bit quicker too.

Most main electric ovens are 3-4kw so you must have a very efficient model, but it still wouldn't match this for efficiency.

We have this model and it's almost rendered our main oven redundant. (edited)

Another owner of this one here, 3 years in and still going strong. It's used 3-4 times a week.
We cook chicken, pork and beef roasts in ours on the rotisserie.

If you can find a set of skewers that fit, kebabs are great cooked in this and cook very quickly.

It's also great for re-heating takeaways, especially fish and chips.
Only 2-3 mins on max and the fish is like it just came out of the fryer.

Another use is dehyrdating, if you have any leftover herbs and don't want them to go off, just dehydrate in this and you have your own dried herbs.

Too many uses for this (or most other air fryers) to mention really, plenty of sites/YT videos with ideas. (edited)

Never mind I think air fryers are contributing to the obesity crisis this has got to be a good deal. I have a Daewoo microwave for some years still working well.

I have a clone of this model. Use it a lot, it's basically a mini oven. A medium chicken can be roasted in 1 hour without preheating.

    I second everything that said

It's more of a mini oven with a twin turbo I'd say! (edited)

I think this price is for 5.5 L typical air fryer. Price for 12 L is 74.99.
