Sorry not for me. Screen is too big at 15.6 inches and the included AMD CPU is a massive let down too.
Laptops are meant to be portable so you can carry around!!!! Why anyone would want a massive laptop like this baffles me. How are you supposed to carry around this massive laptop and navigate trains and airports???

Oh no you again with carrying laptops around trains and airports. Do you have your comment copied & pasted? (edited)

On paper there's some decent spec there but the Ryzen 5 7520U despite being only released at the beginning of 2023 has a surprising low CPU benchmark score. And those hinges look pretty flimsy.

The low cpu score is because this uses the same Zen2 architecture used in the 4000 series mobile processors. It is cut down to 4 cores, and the igpu, although rdna2 based is slower than the vega igpu used in older processors because it's cut down to two compute units.
The processor has been designed to use the least amount of silicon as possible to keep the cost low. These savings don't seem to be passed on to the consumers who are paying mid range prices for a budget cpu.

Acer are crap random glitches and software problems. they also force you to remain on the initial set up from new recommended driver and windows and Graphics software never changes. god forbid if you ever decide to update anything then the whole laptop does bezerk. Lenovo or Asus and save yourself the trouble (edited)

Which laptop brand do you recommend then?

I recently had an Aspire 5 and got rid, the fans were so loud it was ridiculous. The vents were on the top in front of the monitor, not sure if this is the same design. Shame as apart from that it was a decent machine.
