Dyson detects the particles you can’t normally see
A precisely-angled beam makes invisible dust visible on hard floors – so you don’t miss anything.²

Measures microscopic dust particles
A piezo sensor continuously sizes and counts dust particles – automatically increasing suction power when needed.³

Scientific proof of a deep clean
The LCD screen shows what’s been sucked up, displaying real-time scientific proof of a deep clean.³

Dyson Hyperdymium™ motor
Powerful, lightweight digital motor spins up to 125,000rpm to suck up microscopic dust and large debris.

Root Cyclone™ technology
14 scrolled cyclones generate forces of up to 100,000g to capture dust and debris from the airflow, so there’s no loss of suction.⁴

Energy-dense battery
Each Click-in battery provides up to 60 minutes of fade-free power to clean here, there and everywhere around your home.⁵

Multi-stage filtration
Dyson’s fully-sealed filtration traps 99.97% of microscopic particles as small as 0.1 microns – and expels cleaner air.³ Washable filter can be reused for the lifetime of the machine, reducing waste.

Carbon fibre filaments
Black anti-static carbon fibre filaments to extract fine dust from hard floors.

Hair screw tool. Picks up long hair and pet hair. Fast.
Anti-tangle conical brush bar spirals hair off and into the bin. Motor-driven cleaning for small spaces.

Damn these sell for this much.

I got mine 2 years ago for 300 quid with various cashback and ebay offers

Yeah, not sure if it's just inflation or what, but Dyson prices are ridiculous. Especially on the older models, at least V15 is reasonably current.

I have the V15 and my mother-in-law had the V11 and having used both I think I prefer the V11 as there is little difference (to me anyway), but the V15 is heavier and gives me a backache. Both have much better battery life than the V7 which I've also tried.

V12 slim is also why dyson came out with it, sits sorta in-between the V15 and older models since its light weight yet has the same goodies as the V15 accept imo its much better since it has an on and off button.

Still there is a good point 1 year warranty is risky, mine recently expired on my V12 slim and it appears to have lost a good chunk of suction power and dyson won't offer any help. Cleaning and checking for blockages done to death also, so next step is to buy brand new replacement parts and return the ones I don't need!

£375 for a refurbished and only 12 months warranty is not such a good deal I’m afraid.

Mine too! The amount of dust already collected shown on the dash was the only thing that made me realise that it wasn't...I guess it can't be reset.

our v10 has fallen to pieces after 3 years, had to get the old Dyson ball out of the loft. warranty was good in the first 2 years, not what you expect of £400 vacuum. its our 3rd Dyson and the quality has got progressively worst. will be our last. 12months warranty i would worry.

Try and register for the two year warranty, this sometimes works.
