What the heck is a booking fee?
A fee for paying for a service you're already paying for?
That's like the bus driver charging you a fee for giving you a bus ticket or going to the shop and the assistant charging you a fee for serving you.

What an absolute load of nonsense!
    sebsational's avatar
Yep, except in this case the booking fee is not for a person serving you, but for the use of a website...

Never understand booking fee for saving them time by booking via a web site. Always go and buy ticket in person to save on the booking fee which seems backwards i.e should be a booking fee if you buy at counter as opposed to web site...
    Ultrathon1's avatar
Agree, and it should be per booking, not per ticket

All my locals are Luxe cinemas so would need to get those. £33, £6.60 a ticket. Why do they give you an odd number of tickets? A couple could only go twice... and I'm sure they used to have a longer window you could use them, these look to be only for March?

Some of the cinemas have saver screenings / days you can pay 5 or 6 pounds for a screening depending on location, may be another option for some.

yes they previously did two tickets, would of been better if they also had this option for people that didnt want to buy so many tickets

I've used odeon codes before and my local luxe didn't charge a booking fee iirc.... Your experience may vary however

Does this include any Luxe cinemas in London?

This might be useful as on groupon. The odeon website seems to be an utter mess.

This is such a good deal. Too bad they don't make good films anymore.

Who is "they"? Because there are certainly good films being made.

£1 booking fee and it can't be redeemed in the cinema... What a con

I remember when the 'booking' fee was per booking, not per individual seat (actually, I remember there being no booking fee, but I digress). I know Odeon are not alone in this, but seriously, how do they get away with it? Does the website suddenly cost them more to operate if you increase the quality of tickets ordered? Surely it's false advertising.. a booking fee should be per 'booking'?!

Good value for families. Vue still charge £5 for a ticket? With work schemes you get a code you can use in the cinema. This is about 50p cheaper assuming Mon-Thursday? Of course would I of watched 5 films currently out within 28 days on my own? A family might use it all in one go.

If you only live near an Odeon it's not bad. Not for me as I would only see the Ant/Wasp film and not felt motivated to see that all week.

Such a slaver when you can only book 1 ticket at a time and have to enter a unique code for each one. Worth the saving I guess as a family of 5

If you are seeing five movies a month, is it cheaper to get their Limitless pass, which is cheaper and depends on location a lot cheaper overall.
  13. jg213's avatar
3 weeks left to use all the codes. With limitless can you cancel anytime or is it a yearly commitment?
