    These are really cheap mild steel rails. As someone already said rusting in 3 years. And that depends on your water quality and system.
    If you were selling a property and had few scruples, go for it, it won't be your problem.

    Might be worth considering how much you will spend replacing it, the system updates that might be needed, the potential cost of failure, property damage, insurance claims etc.

    As you may find out on the web, claimed BTU outputs, especially when the product is certified by no-one but the manufacturer may not translate to reality.
