These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over at the date of claim, excluding associated agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:00 on 1 April 2024 until 23:59 on 30 June 2024.
3. Claim instructions: Purchase two promotional packs of Birds Eye Mini Fish Fingers instore or online. Retain receipt(s) showing date of purchase during the Promotion Period and prior to date of claim for verification. Visit birdseyeminicaptainoffer.co.uk and enter your name, email and address and upload receipt(s).
4. Claim is online only. Internet access and a valid email address and postal address are required.
5. Only one Toy per household.
6. Toy: The Toy consists of a 7.5cm Special Edition Playmobil Captain. Not suitable for children under 36 months.
7. Toy Delivery: Following the completion of the verification process, Toy will be delivered via 2nd class post to the postal address provided by the claimant at time of claim within 56 days of date of claim. In the unlikely event that a Toy doesn’t arrive within 56 days from date of claim, claimants will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at birdseyeminicaptain@promotioncustomerservices.com.
8. The Toy is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Toy for an alternative gift (of its choice) of equal or greater value.
10. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Bulk claims, claimants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or via agents, third parties, trade, organised groups, syndicates or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Claims received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the claim process will be disqualified immediately.
11. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion only. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Please see Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The name, email address and postal address of all claimants will be retained for 6 months after the end of the Promotion to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from claimants before deletion. Claimants can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified by emailing birdseyeminicaptain@promotioncustomerservices.com although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that claim is withdrawn, or it is unable to complete delivery of a Toy or assist them following deletion of their contact details. 12. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if a claimant does not receive their Toy as a result of having provided incomplete or inaccurate address details.
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, replace the Toy with an alternative gift of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
15. sorted byAdmittedly, its a while since I've had a birds eye fish finger (am almost 51, man), but I dont remember them being the biggest of things in normal size, so why the need for even smaller ones??
