Includes pizza spatula and Italian recipe collection
Description This baking result can be measured with a professional oven. Crispy pizza like a pizza baker, very high temperatures are achieved in professional pizza ovens - in just a few minutes the temperature is heated to up to 400 °C, baking with fireproof food-safe natural stone (from Italy), 31.6 cm diameter, this absorbs moisture of the dough: the dough does not burn to the heat retains in the stones and releases it evenly to the dough, making the crisp. The inner part made of steel also contributes to the delicious result - just like from the stone oven, freezer pizza with 3 minutes baking time, homemade pizza, also calzone with approx. 5 minutes baking time, not only to be used as a pizza oven - ideal for expressing baking sweets, pastries, meat, toast, chestnuts, cookies, cakes, rolls and much more. Flambée is also ideal. No odour/smoke development, much more energy saving than conventional ovens, with thermostat, timer and signal lamp, when the desired food is ready, including pizza spatula and Italian recipe collection, 1200 W power. With this pizza oven you can bake like in a normal oven but with lower energy consumption, no smoke/odour development and space-saving.

I got one of these from Amazon Italy when they were on a deal like this - followed the instructions and cooked the first pizza and burned it to a crisp, and left the stone black. You can't clean the stone, you can only wipe it with a damp cloth.. its still black but I have learned to use it now and it does cook pizzas better than an oven. I would recommend heat set to 2 1/2 - leave it heat up the stone for a few mins (4-5 mins tops) then when the red light comes back on chuck your pizza in and it should cook in approx 3 mins. We use shop bought pizzas from the deli counter, fresh not frozen. It will take a bit of trial and error but it's worth it in the end.

These have a fault, where the connector block inside, melts. As it should be ceramic. Easily fixable.

Yes, cooks a pizza in around 5/6 mins for me. Depends how hot you set it. I'm not sure about running costs, but the only annoying this is 1 pizza at a time. But easily worth this price, we use ours every week. Feels like a nice option without moving up to an ooni. (edited)

Do they improve supermarket pizza's opposed to an ordinary oven?
We cheat a bit, but it's still lovely. We use frozen dough from Sainsburys (it's actually in Eurospar here too) and Mutti passata. It's quicker, tastier and much cheaper than ordering a takeaway. You just need to stretch out the dough, add some passata and add your toppings and you are good to go. Takes about 4 mins.
To answer your question, yep, it makes supermarket pizzas much better.
Any advise on where to get said upgrades/purchase specifically?
Didn’t say the stone upgrade was cheap… shop.fiesoliarte.com/pro…cm/ or easy to get here after Brexit… But here’s the how and why
The connector block, thermal fuse and sleeving are also detailed in other videos on his channel. The parts are totally generic.
Compared to other, very similar in concept, products the G3 is slightly awkward for element upgrading, because it uses 2x 110volt elements in series. Hence the simplest (!!) thing is to move the under stone element to be a second upper element.

Wow. What a deal. Amazing price. I paid about 95£ a while back and its absolutely fabulous piece of kit. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Well considering I currently use pizza stones in my gas oven (preheat for 1 hour) then cooking time on top, I'd assume the cost of running this little fella will not only be more cost effective but also tidier too (no split flour/ingredients in the oven) and easier to remove

Exactly!!
I have 2 pizza stones that I have to preheat for 60mins then use a paddle to get them onto the stones (using a mix of flour semolina makes it easier but still spills happen a lot!)
So if this is as good as people say it's going to save me money and be easier to clean down/remove pizza from and all at the cost of say, 4/5 Domino's pizzas? Sounds like a no brainier to me (edited)

These are great. The fault with them is where the mains cable connects to the internal cabling. It just uses a plastic terminal block in the base, which after a while melts (because of the heat) and the thing shorts out. You can replace the terminal block with a high temperature ceramic one for a few quid if it melts though.

I make my dough from scratch it doesn't take too long by hand or if you have a stand mixer you can do it fast.
I let my dough prove overnight in the fridge but can be done first thing in the morning then left proving covered at room temperature for the evening.
Can anyone confirm if the heating element fails 1/3rd of the way into …Can anyone confirm if the heating element fails 1/3rd of the way into cooking a pizza, resulting in the pizza in the oven actually being the first pizza to be cooked?Apparently some people encountered this in Spain.
Mistranslation methinks. The elements rarely “fail”.
Definite skillz are required to - - get the stone hot but not too hot (it is a very basic stone and will burn the underside easily - one can get terracotta upgrades from Fiesoli that don’t!) // spelling of manufacturer corrected - and by jiggling the thermostat knob, persuade the top element to keep glowing throughout the 3 minutes or so of your cook. There’s only the one thermostat that controls both elements together, and it is simply marked 1 2 3… so there is a knack required.
I think the complaint would have been that the thermostat was cutting the elements during the cook, resulting in the top one stopping glowing, stopping radiating, which results in the top of the pizza being less cooked than the base, as the stone holds the heat when the elements go off.
BTW, the thing gets to ‘only’ about 300C, as evidenced by the cook time being so much longer than Ooni, Sage, Effeuno… However, it can get hot enough to melt the plastic cable connector block (which will trip your mains at minimum) and/or blow the internal thermal protection fuse (resulting in the thing being power-dead). To run hotter the internal wiring needs protection with glass fibre sleeping. These are cheap fixes that are better done before they cause problems! (edited)

Have you tried Morrisons own frozen sourdough? It looks just like the Northern Dough Co stuff but it's 4 dough balls for £2.50. I've bought some in anticipation for my G3 which arrives on Wednesday. I can't wait!!

No need whatsover to spend so much money on an adaptor. Suitable ones can be found for a pound or less. Or as someone else said, cut the two pin one off and fit a UK plug to the cord instead.

These are very cool machines if used properly you will at least get a Pizza way way better than any conventional oven. They are a nice middle ground if can't afford an OONI.
I had one before I got an OONI, It spurred me on to get one! Some of the criticisms on here are very nit picky...... (edited)

Absolute bargain. I have had one for a year from Amazon Germany. Once you worked out how to get the pizza base cooked right the pizzas are delish. I still have the EU plug on it and use a 13amp fused socket that cost £1. (edited)
