This is the same card I bought more than a month ago. Had to return because of faulty vapor chamber, it is likely they have sorted the issue and listed the card again. (edited)

Or they might have just listed it again without testing it properly. A word of caution on warranty though: as it's used you have no warranty with gigabyte. The reseller will cover the first year, but that's likely to be it.

For such an expensive card I'd spend the extra to buy new and get the full warranty.

lol, you probably dont have warranty with gigabyte even if you bought it new. They are the worst when it comes to warranty according to the google.
