24hr battery? What they omit from this claim is that it needs to be in battery saver mode. My phone barely lasts from 0800-1800.
Genuinely one of the worst phones I've ever owned.
Battery life as mentioned is abysmal. Fast charge, isn't fast. Was nigh on useless in in the sun due to it overheating and switching camera/data off.
Wish I'd stuck with the superior p30 pro.

The camera and the AI bundled within the camera however is very good. (edited)

I wanted to like the Pixel 7 but it was just too chunky.

Oppo Find X5 Pro tempted me away from my P30 Pro and I'm very happy with it...

Got this when it came out last year because I was a bit bored with apple new models being basically the same as the old ones. Maybe I don't use it as intensely as some commenting, but my battery easily lasts all day unless I've been using it as a sat nav which seems to burn through battery (plug it in in the car now, problem solved). For what I used it for, watching videos, social media, and taking pictures of the kids, it's great. Camera is excellent. No idea how good it would be for gaming, because I'm not 13. If the new iPhone was £400 I'd probably get that, it will be slightly better I'm sure, but not enough to justify double or treble the price in my view at least. Up to you guys I guess.

Really disappointing phone, have only had mine for about 3 months and am going to switch back to Apple after being Android since the iPhone 4. Have mainly had OnePlus during this time but the quality has dramatically declined.

The newest Google pixel costs 1/4th of the price of the newest iPhone so idk if it's fair to compare them

Yeah ditched my pixel 7 too. Battery last literally 8 hours with hardly any usage. SoC is feeble and charging speed is crap.
    Don't believe the hype

Would anyone with a snow white Pixel 7 be willing to sell me their box?
