4K Ultra HD HDR Laser Projector with 100" ALR screen.
Code:- VISION500OFF

Info added by

Go big or go home. With a 100” 4K screen, this Hisense L5F Laser TV will make movie nights and cup finals feel epic. And don't worry if the match is at midday - the Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screen means you'll still be able to see everything clearly. TriChroma triple colour laser light technology and 2,700 lumens of brightness makes colours pop. You can place it just below the screen thanks to Ultra-Short Throw technology – so your movie won't be ruined by someone coming and going. And there are 2 built-in speakers supporting Dolby Atmos, so you can enjoy roaring cinematic sound too.

Good to know

- HDR10 and X-Fusion laser-light technologies offer vivid colours and contrast, delivering the brightest whites and darkest blacks
- Enjoy fluid action without blur and lag thanks to Smooth Motion technology
- The built-in smart platform has Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and other apps
- Catch-up straight from the TV guide or watch live TV with Freeview Play
- Control is easy - just use the included remote or built-in Alexa for hands-free voice commands
- There's plenty of connections, including WiFi, Bluetooth and 3 HDMI ports

I Picked up the same unit last year and installation is a pain and performance of the screen certainly improved once we had the professional install. I would 100% recommend also installing bias lighting around the frame before fitting which provides the image with way better contrast and looks. Once you go this size you really can't beat it.

I remember when people said the same when 32" tellys first came out.

I almost had one of these, I had it on the Amazon offer last year for about this (I forget if it was £1799 or £1999) but after nearly 3 months waiting (it was in stock apparently then must of sold out as I ordered cause it was on back order in the orders screen) I gave up and canceled as the 77C1 came up at £1799...

Gotta admit I'm in love with the 77C1 but I am still a little gutted as that size is insanely big!

You 100% made the best decision
I sold my laser projector and swapped it for the 77C1
i did miss the size of the hisense but the lg is incredible

I recently bought a Hisense fridge freezer, it arrived with slight dents which I was relieved about in the end because it's build quality was rubbish ( easy return reason)
The control panel was peeling away at the corners and internally it was just cheap looking. The sides were sprayed grey with paint so thin it had rubbed off against the packing in transit I was glad I didn't arrange for disposal of my made in GB Hotpoint which is superior in ever way.
I don't know if the build quality carries through to electronics but I can't see myself paying for a Hisense TV.
Not voting on this, just mentioning you may want to see their products before buying if you haven't. (edited)

I'm happy enough with my 50 inch Hisense for 300 quid, but wouldn't buy a premium product from them. UI very basic, though quick, remote control like something from the 80s. I might be wrong, as mine is a budget telly. Maybe their premium is the business.

Note:- I had marked this up for free install however this specific model doesn't appear on the Hisense site.
Saying that RicherSounds still advertise the install so would need to check with Hisense.

it's just a LASER UST projector

Good price for it, assuming the tech behind it is good

especially with an included ALR screen

    Whatever next

It's not a tv, it is a projector, so needs the right ambience for decent black levels.

Yep its a projector. Admins added TV I think as it's listed that way on Currys.
The ALR screen will help with pic clarity.

I find this technology amazing. I just don't get how something can be projected to that fine a resolution from such an angle, and produce such a bright image - incredible.
Do they have this on display in Currys? Would love to see it in the flesh.
Also, what does the screen look like when it's off?
