About this deal

Another £30 off, Can you imagine a billion colours? That's how many this Hisense TV can show thanks to Quantum Dot Colour technology. What that actually means is more lifelike colour - from the azure blue waters of a tropical reef to the delicate pinks in a sunset. The Mini-LED display gives you a crisp, vivid picture and Full Array Local Dimming technology enhances the contrast for darker darks and brighter brights. You'll have no problem seeing what's lurking in the shadows in those hair-raising horror movies. And for sound that matches the pictures, Dolby Atmos wraps you in a blanket of 3-dimensional sound, just like at the movies.

I don't know if this is the right thread but the 55" version is £339 as pointed out above by MrSwitch.

So the question is, which is better 55" Hisense: 55U6KQTUK at £339 or 55E7KQTUK at £349? Both at Costo.

This is better. The other is a newer model hence the higher price but it is just qled. This is mini led so has the qled but then has dimming zones etc so it will have much better contrast and control of light between light and dark areas. Better deal than marks electrical too given the Costco guarantee is very good

Would I need to stay a member to claim on warranty, I know it's been asked on other threads but couldn't find an answer .

If your TV goes kaput you need to have a current membership. If it has lapsed just purchase it again and you're good to go. I've just done the same thing after my hisense started going wrong after 3 years.

I've just got back from Costco wish I'd seen this. Does anyone know how much the 55" is in store?

I did see the 55A7KQTUK for £335.95 incl VAT. I'm not very techy and don't understand the different screen types and such, would this one posted here or the one that I saw just now be better?

I dont know enough about TV's to comment on which is the best value, but I did see that Costco had the Hisense 70A6KTUK (70" 4K UHD Smart TV) for just £443.98 last week. Is that not the better option here, for the price?
    ybz's avatar
Nope because this uses miniled technology which is far superior to UHD

Is the TCL 65C745K at Costco at £680 worth the extra? Been looking at these 2 for a couple of days now

No, it's definitely not 50% better.

Looking at the 55inch it seems that uses a VA panel if correct

Does anyone know what the width between the stand at a minimum is? I assume it is adjustable. Just wondering if it will sit on a tv cabinet of 110cm

Bought the 65 inch 2 weeks ago for £469.
Extremely pleased with picture quality and sound.

time really passes, can't believe you can find local array dimming on a 65 inch under for under 450. i still have a curved 65inch from 2017 that's edge lit and cost 3x this before all the inflation.

Maybe I've overlooked it on the spec but does this have a USB slot allowing you to record programs onto a fladh drive ?
    chancooluk's avatar
    Yep, 2 ports

I've got a 7 year old hisense 65m7000. Anyone able to tell me if this is worth the upgrade? I'm having a few system issues with it which a firestick is solving but the sound connection to the soundbar keeps messing up
