    As I said in another Hot Wheels basics post (for the DeLorean Back to the future hover mode mainline), this is a re release (as these licensed Hollywood castings tend to be), this particular mainline is from the 2024 A case (and rolls over into 2024 B case), many places currently have these case so it's likely you'll find these in many other stores as well.

    In my area the cost of a single Hot Wheels mainline is as follows,
    Home Bargains: £1.49
    Poundland: £1.50
    B&M: £1.69
    Smyths: £1.69
    The Entertainer: £2.40, buy-1-get-1 half price (£1.80 each)
    Asda: £1.90 (long cards on stripping are £2.40)
    Morrisons: £2.15 (long cards on stripping are £2.40)

    Both Home Bargains and Poundland near me (Leeds) have been on 2024 A case for a little while now and Smyths and The Entertainer has had a mix of 2024 B and 2024 C case just recently. However, stores are sent what they get at the main depots, and there is no barcode or stocking difference between cases (outside the case codes on the outer boxing) so there's no real way to know what your store currently has in back / what they're like to get next.
