Print, copy, scan and fax

Whether you're working from home or scanning photos to share with friends, do it all with the HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer with Fax & HP+. Able to print up to 10 pages a minute and featuring a flatbed scanner, it's the perfect all-in-one home office solution.

It's a great productivity booster, too. The 35-page automatic document feeder helps you get through bigger copying and scanning tasks much faster.

Works with your smartphone

The HP Smart app lets you manage printing and scanning from your phone - you can even scan documents with your phone camera. Simply pair your device with the printer and you're ready to go.

Enabled with HP+

The cloud-connected ENVY 6432e is enabled with HP+, which gives you extra printer benefits, such as automatic detection and fixing of connection issues. This makes the printer more up-to-date and secure. You even get 2 years of more advanced options through the HP Smart app on your phone, such as easy multi-page document scanning, mobile fax and productivity features.

Includes 9 months of HP Instant Ink

Thanks to Instant Ink with HP+, you can save up to 70% on original HP Ink and up to 50% on toner. Cartridges are automatically ordered by your printer when you are running low and delivered to your door. Plans start from 99p per month for 10 pages.

The service works on how many pages you print, not how much ink you use. Choose between 10, 50, 100, 300 or 700-page monthly plans - unused pages roll over to the next month. The price includes ink, shipping and cartridge recycling.

_______________________________________________________________________
Please note: HP+ requires a HP account, an ongoing internet connection and exclusive use of Original HP Ink cartridges. After 9 months a monthly fee for HP Instant Ink applies unless cancelled. Please see HP website for details.

This HP printer is designed to work only with cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip or electronic circuit. It uses dynamic security measures to block cartridges that are using non-HP chips or circuits. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measure, and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP chips and circuits enable the use of reused, remanufactured and refilled cartridges. For more details, see HP's website.

Everytime I think to pull a trigger on a new printer, I am put off by the comments about HP and currently printing quality. I have a 11 years old Epson which is still working but, ideally, I would love a colour printer with a auto duplex, like this one.
I have a very low use so a laser is a bit too expensive for my needs. Is Epson EcoTank the only alternative? Thanks!

canon do "cheap" printers too, and also a tank version.
the more expensive, canon ts6350 has auto duplex, it prints better quality photos and text and has a better scanner than this one. but is currently not on offer, it was on offer a few weeks ago (edited)

I'm in the market for a new all-in-one printer for light use (I have a cheap B&W laser for bigger jobs.) Any suggestions please as the comments associated with this one put me off! :-) Thanks (edited)

My experience over decades was that inkjet's were totally unsuitable for infrequent use, if that applies to your 'light use' (and not photo printing much), consider a colour laser . Mine has now lasted longer than the 3 inkjets I owned before, and I don't have to schedule regular junk prints to keep it alive.

Does instant ink mean you are contracted to buy the manufacturers cartridges at full price when the manufacturer says you have to?

To get the 9 months free instant ink you have opt into HP+. Once the printer has been opted into HP+ the printer is locked into only ever using Original HP Ink. You essentially agree by signing up to HP+ that you will only ever use their Original HP Ink. Once activated HP+ is permanently embedded in the printer and there is no way to disable it. (edited)

We purchased a 6032e recently which i think is the same printer without the doc feeder.
Photo print quality is awful and wifi connectivity for printing via airprint or from windows is very unreliable. Half the time it gives a printer error and the print doesnt turn up, only to turn up a few days later when you turn it off and on!
We elected to take it back. The old Canon printer was way better. So from personal experience I'd avoid.

+ note these don't have a display which is a real pain when prints dont work as you have nowhere to see any errors (edited)

So you basically pay just £ 59 and that's it, you can print limited number of pages free for 9 months? (edited)

Max is 700 pages a month, plus roll over unused prints to the following month.

Just got the 6420e of this for same price... Same series. Basically same model. However the print quality is worse than a cheap 25 quid hp from 5 years ago.... Text does not look as crisp and it is already "missing lines" on text... Just saying to check the quality. Also the scanner is worse than the old cheapo one! (Fine for a quick scan but Dark areas will loose detail and colour on photos)

Anyone want else's printing poorly? (edited)

Is the bundled instant ink still a gift card with monetary value? If so, how much?

Or is it specifically 9 months of printing?

Last time I bought one of their instant ink printers it was a gift card, so I just selected a lower plan and got a few years printing out of it.

It's not a gift card...it's a subscription, you get X months free followed by renewal at whatever pages plan you decided on (I am tryyying it)

Does anyone know if this prints on photo paper and is it included in that 10 pages a month subscription?

Man I would love to get this, only that everywhere I go on the internet everyone says the same thing; stay away from HP, so I will.

The hp app is terrible. The printer only works if connected to the internet.

the app runs okay initially until you cancel hp instant ink.

its cheap and works but i would avoid hp in the future.

    Please avoid HP!
They block third party ink and force you to have ink just to use the scanner.
