    I have cervical stenosis and got this pillow last time it was on offer. Although the pillow is comfortable it didn't really help ease my symptoms.

    I'm unsure about the medical claims, but it's the best pillow ever. I use two and bring them on holiday if travelling in the UK or if staying in a hospital for any length of time. The JL ones are £50. I'm not sure how these compare. (edited)

    I got two last time they were on offer as well. I lie with the larger lump under my neck and I've noticed I have been able to sleep better with them. I've got three different types of pillow, used to swear by the Otty memory foam ones but they don't have the give these ones do so your head can end up in weird positions. These ones certainly promote a better spine position for me.

    I got two of these, similar offer aswell at the time 15-16quid. Better than any normal pillow i've had. £15 should be the "normal" price for these pillows aswell....

    Reviews seem a bit lower on this than other pillows, but great price.

    Are these type of pillows any good? I don't have back pain but I have extremely bad posture, rounded shoulders and forward neck, i'm trying to improve that, i've bought something that allows me to lay on the floor with my head back to help stretch these muscles a bit, but this seems like it might be good to help me sleep on my back as I think poor sleep posture could be contributing to this quite a bit.

    Although I am also trying to cut down on just buying junk that ends up being a waste.

    I have a similar brand. For me at least it's been a game changer. Not life changing but sleeping is at least 20% better than it used to be.
