For this money - olive oil and few other ingredients, bamix blender and Gordon Ramsay on YouTube and you'll beat this mayo with price and taste in literally minutes.

Olive oil for mayo isn't a great idea as the polyphenols can make it taste bitter and gross, unless you mix it with other oils.
