There is a mismatch in the spec sheet and incomplete information so would be careful as it's not clear what you're getting - though I suspect it might be a TN panel, full HD (WUXGA is mentioned too) and possibly i3-1115G4 CPU (dual-core) because both are referenced.

Can you play Roblox and Minecraft on this? Looking for a basic gaming laptop for a 7 year old..

It wouldn’t be great, you could just get him a ps4 to play both which would be cheap. Gaming laptops are all £700 plus these days

I think you need i5 at least but you could get it to work with this one although not guaranteed.
