Great company to buy from...8gb ram though is very limiting

Not a good company to buy from if you like being able to get customer support, warranty after eBay returns period or items with correct gradings.

8GB RAM is fixed on this laptop model with no expansion.

I have the i7 10510U version with 16GB of ram for work, it's fine, does the job, decent build quality, metal chassis etc. 10th gen was a let down though, it's barely faster than my own 8th gen i5 8350u Lenovo X280 and the 10210u in this seems to be basically exactly the same, so unless you need the tablet fold and pen you can get 8th gen based x280 to t480s's for about £150 now. I've had a couple of hp elitebooks from this company. Very happy with them. I paid about £120 for them. If you manage your expectations in line with the price then I don't see how you can be disappointed.

    Get a Thinkpad T series.

Seems to suggest he only real difference is the T series is 14" and the x13 is 13"

Otherwise, they are pretty similar to each other (not sure how useful the GPU capacity of the T series would be?)

I would be careful when buying from this company. Recently bought a laptop and they said normal marks and wear and tear. Laptop arrived with pressure marks on touch screen, even visible when the screen was on. Contacted customer service and they refused to do anything about it.

They accept returns I think? Just send it back if you don't like it.
