    The G3 is great isn't it. Cracking improvements this year. Apart from the new brightness boost with the MLA technology for me a huge improvement is the new anti reflective coating on the panel. Reflections are massively reduced and viewing in well lit rooms is no longer an OLED issue

    Definitely looking at upgrading my 65 G1 to this when I can, the G1 has struggled in very bright environments and this should eradicate my issues. Never had the problem with Samsung top tier QLEDs where peak brightness was outstanding but then again they can't match the blacks I'm getting for movies and Dolby vision content.

    Will come down in price in next 5 months. Is it hugely better than G2? I mean £600+ better?

    I think it is, the MLA tech seems to have big impact on brightness, they added DTS support along with IMAX and has better anti glare. To me that's worth £600 extra but will wait for the price to fall
