Anyone seen the deal VERY are doing where they give you 20% off if you use their credit deal. 20% off this tv is tempting but I've no experience. Anyone seen the offer

You need to read the terms carefully. You are signing up to a credit agreement. Only 1 year warranty. Think you can only do this once. If you wait a few weeks this will drop to 1k anyway. They will wait for 2-3 weeks to build up stock and allow 14 days from last 10% promo. Last year LG did 10% promo when the new model came out. C1 model is still with many retailers.

    Great price

Still think it will drift below 1k when new model comes out. Prices might rise after 10% deal vanishes but I would expect discount codes or to return. This was just under 1k before the new year if you shopped around. So £50-60 above BF prices.

It's 1169 before discount on their website. So a few quid cheaper in store? Did they ever charge £1209?

    Getting closer to 1k.

Just before Christmas, they were selling this for £1379, reduced to £1209 and now £1044. So Yes they did sell it for £1209, even Richard Sounds match that price as well for a friend of mine.
It is going to go below 1K, but that could be some wait...

This has dipped below £1k in a few places last month.

Someone explain if this TV is better than the Sony OLEDs. Everyone is banging in about Sony being better but the reviews all rate this TV as top TV. Anyone guide me between the 2. Will be using for living room for normal TV movie use. I do have a 75inch Sony in the cinema room

What might be good news is price is now £1179.

If I was going to reduce price by £200 to £979 that is the price to start from.

That is where I would expect price to head next at Costco.

For all those awaiting the C3 model...
RS have this model on pre order. Quite bizarre with C3 due out soon they have new C1 stock coming in! Not even the CS model. So they will be selling C1, CS, C2 and C3 in a few months?
