I have this model but for women, and definitely they are slightly tighter than adrenaline. So maybe worth buying a bit larger. Return is simple - you just have to pay the shipping cost.

Wide-ish toe box. Not excessively so. But definitely wider than me Saucony. Chances are if you find brooks to work for you, nothing else will do.

These arrived today for me, first pair of Brooks and have to say they are so comfy. I have a variety of running shoes, Alphafly 1 and 3’s, adidas etc, but these will be my new training shoe. Just did a 5k and loved them. They fitted perfectly and true to size.
