Not sure of warranty process...but using one for my game drive on PC and it's....BRILLIANT!!! most noticeable is the load times, which have reduced by a factor of 4 from my SSD and also feel average fps and minimum fps have both improved...

    *doubt

Here is some real data: techspot.com/review/2116-storage-speed-game-loading/

A PCIe 4.0 drive only just over twice as fast as a hard drive at loading games, while the difference compared to a SATA drive was no more than 15% faster.

If you were seeing 4 times faster between sata and this new drive, then there must have been something seriously wrong with your old drive or cable. (edited)

Running this 2tb one on my itx which I got from Ali. Amazing bit of kit, heatsink works really well. So far, max temperature it's hit is 54 degrees which is pretty impressive.
