    Surly an Amazon Fire with 1 year kids package and 2 years accidental damage cover is better for children?

    For adults (or kids), for the same price, you can get the same tablet (minus case) with 4G, a much more appealing tablet.

    This runs stock android. Hardware wise often fire tablets are better because Amazon take the hit as you're locked into their way of doing things. You can sideload play store etc but it's a pain. This will probably just work with most of not all the apps you want straight away. (edited)
