    Amazon seems to be getting rid of old stock of refurbished remotes.
    If all you need is the remote this one should come off 50p cheaper delivered:

    (The new remotes are easy to spot as they have a blue Alexa button for the microphone.)

    If I connect this to the fire stick light version will I be able to control the volume of my TV (the original light fire stick doesn't have volume control)?

    My original remote is very creaky/plasticky in use. Are they all like that or is there a chance this would be better quality? (Mine's from a 4K I think with Alexa control as well as shortcut buttons to Netflix, Disney etc.)
