My experience with these cheaper knockoffs are they are not as sharp as genuine and tend to rip the hairs out. Ended up binning them and buying genuine.

I got 3 for £11.99 off ebay. 395225836226, Now £14.95.
In the pic is a genuine one and 2 replacements, the other one is being used.
Works fine.
They came in a plastic bag, a bit like a dvd cover.

Mine came in a Philips box sealed I ordered a pack last week and all was fine so ordered another this week I’m happy with mine.

I think the word scam is used far too loosely. There is no scam here - no one is forcing you to buy it and the item is not a necessity for survival. Unless you think you are entitled to a special price?

There's zero chance these are genuine Philips blades. Nevertheless, might be worth a try as the originals are ridiculously expensive.
